Mike is a senior project manager for CFS with 25 years experience estimating and managing institutional, commercial and industrial construction projects. He has worked as a superintendent and estimator and has provided construction management for many high-profile jobs in the Southeast, including: Prime Outlets’ $5.5 million retail center in Williamsburg, VA; the $5.1 million expansion of Granutec Pharmaceuticals in Wilson; UNC-Chapel Hill’s $4.5 million School of Science; and the $2.2 million Cary Medical Center. He has Timberline Estimating Certification and has received extensive training in OSHA Construction Safety and project management.

Mike is active in his church and enjoys woodworking and spending time with his family.
