As a superintendent, Russell has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has expertise in pre-construction start-up and project coordination as well as supervisory experience, having managed multiple projects from ground-up to completion. He is OSHA certified and holds a commercial and residential contractors license with the State of North Carolina. A proven manager with excellent communication skills, he has supervised more than $40 million in up-fit work, ranging from general office and retail space to medical offices, restaurants, and salons.

Russell is an avid sportsman. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, coaching, volunteering with several community organizations and working in his home wood shop. He and his wife Holly also enjoy spending time together with their two children.
