Tim serves as president of Corporate Facility Services, a company he founded in 2000 after two decades developing and managing corporate real estate assets. His experience spans all aspects of facility procurement and operations and includes management of construction, engineering, site development and security. He has managed large-scale construction of world-class facilities in both domestic and international markets.

Tim also has experience in commercial real estate and, as a licensed broker, is highly familiar with the Triangle market. He is known for his strategic planning, leadership and logistics management, and has hand-picked the CFS management team to complement his business acumen. His management philosophy is based on customer-service excellence, maintaining the highest ethical standards and developing his team to their utmost abilities.

Tim’s corporate background allows him to think and act from the client perspective, recognizing the importance of the bottom line, minimizing business disruptions and focusing on customer service.
